Precision-moulded PPCP cone disk engineered for 3°, 4° and 5° paper cones and yarn cones. Functions as a cone insert, cone washer, and edge protector in one.
Yarn Cone Disc
Made from 60% recycled plastic, 30% virgin plastic, 10% hardening agents. Available as paper cone disk, yarn cone disk, and cone edge protector variants.

Made from premium virgin grade material for higher meter per kg of twine bought.
PP Plastic Twine
Available at 1000, 1500, 2000 meters per kg.

At Vijay Tex, we understand the importance of uninterrupted production in spinning mills. Once the Purchase Order (PO) is confirmed, dispatch from our factory is initiated within 24 hours, irrespective of order volume.

To ensure uninterrupted supply for our customers, Vijay Tex follows a proactive pre-stocking mechanism. Once regular order volumes are established, we maintain up to 2 months of ready stock based on buyer consumption patterns.

We Take Back
What We Make.
At VijayTex, we believe manufacturing responsibility doesn't end at delivery. We operate a buy-back program for used cone discs and plastic accessories — collecting, recycling, and reprocessing materials to reduce mill waste and support a circular supply chain.
Collect
Used products are collected from our customers (yarn buyers) like knitting and weaving units.
Recycle
Materials are shredded into granules, processed and reused for manufacturing new products. (only mixed up to 20% so quality is never compromised)
Recreate
New products manufactured with recovered material, blended into virgin compound at controlled ratios.
